Lead Wedding Planner

Our Lead Wedding Planner position offers a fantastic opportunity for those passionate about creating unforgettable wedding experiences. We are looking for individuals to join us for the 2026 wedding season and beyond. In this role, you will serve as the lead planner, providing personalized wedding planning services primarily onsite. Participate in a final details call with clients approximately 6 weeks before the wedding to confirm logistics, timeline, and expectations.Lead the ceremony rehearsal on the day before the wedding, ensuring all participants are well-prepared and confident in their roles.Act as the primary advocate for the couple onsite, maintaining a calm and solutions-focused demeanor while supporting them through any challenges that arise.Oversee the setup of the ceremony and reception, ensuring alignment with the event design and our day-of execution playbook.Manage the entire wedding day from the initial arrival of vendors to the final breakdown at the end of the evening.Welcome and direct all vendors, serving as their main point of contact throughout the event.Clearly communicate setup instructions to vendors to ensure adherence to the event plan.Coordinate the placement of personal and event details, including escort cards, menus, table numbers, favors, guest books, and decor elements.Assist the wedding party and family members with guidance, timing cues, and any day-of needs.Ensure all end-of-event items (gifts, guest book, personal decor, etc.) Weekend availability is essential.Minimum of 2 years of experience as a wedding planner or event planner.Strong communication skills and attention to detail are a must.Reliable transportation is required.Ability to carry and lift up to 30 lbs.
