Leigh & Co. Events is an exciting and rapidly growing wedding planning company serving couples across the United States. We are looking for individuals to join us for the wedding season in 2026 and beyond. Your role will involve: Participating in a final details call with clients about 6 weeks before the wedding to finalize logistics, timelines, and expectations.Leading and facilitating the ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding, ensuring all participants are well-informed about timing and procedures.Acting as the primary advocate for the couple on their wedding day, maintaining a calm and solutions-focused demeanor to support them through any challenges that may arise.Supervising the ceremony and reception setup to align with the event design and our execution playbook.Managing the entire wedding day from initial vendor arrival to the final breakdown at the end of the night.Welcoming, directing, and serving as the main point of contact for all vendors.Clearly communicating setup instructions to vendors to ensure everything runs according to plan.Coordinating and assisting with the placement of personal and event details, such as escort cards, menus, table numbers, favors, guest books, and décor elements.Providing guidance and timing cues to the wedding party and family members, assisting with any day-of needs.Ensuring all end-of-event items, including gifts, guest books, and personal décor, are packed and accounted for appropriately.Proactively managing and resolving any issues or last-minute changes to ensure a smooth experience for all guests.Requirements: Availability to work weekends is crucial.A minimum of 2 years of experience as a wedding planner or event planner.Strong communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.Reliable transportation is a must.Ability to carry and lift up to 30 lbs.
