Our Lifestyle Director is the facilitator of all resident activities and is ultimately responsible for developing the clubhouse and amenity spaces to be the focal point of the community. The Lifestyle Director will be responsible for creating, planning, marketing, and executing all events and programs offered by NFC Amenity Management for residents of all ages, including community festivals, educational programs, resident socials, and neighborhood clubs for families, children, teens, and adults. In addition, they will lead the Lifestyle Team to manage the day-to-day operations of the community clubhouse. Other responsibilities will include: • Oversee all front-desk operations to ensure the client is satisfied with their amenity offering. • Use the Company Approved Team Scheduler to ensure payroll budget compliance.
