Live Event Producer

ITCxp is looking for an experienced and energetic Live Event Producer to lead the production and execution of corporate events and business meetings. Why ITCxp? What You’ll Do • Lead the strategy and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid corporate events • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop a full production plan, including messaging, visuals, and experiential components • Oversee all event elements, including general sessions, screens content creation (video production, graphics), keynote scripting, breakouts, branding, keynote scripting, video production, and post-event deliverables • Guide presenters and speakers to ensure they are comfortable and prepared • Manage content and have a plan for version control during pre-production and on-site • Handle production budgets, run-of-show creation, crew scheduling, and logistics • Work alongside fabrication, technical, and creative teams to align scenic, technical, and creative elements within timelines and budgets • Adapt quickly to changing needs and challenges, ensuring smooth execution at every stage About ITCxp Our perfect balance of production and agency services provides a deeper level of integration and collaboration, turning strategy and storytelling into immersive experiences that make a lasting impact.
