Display Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our exciting, growing business! As Project Coordinator, this role will support the planning, logistics, and execution of live events, productions, and experiential activations. Role and Responsibilities: • Support the project management and production teams with pre-production planning and tasks • Provide on-the-ground support during event load-in/out, rehearsals, and live execution as needed • Help maintain and organize production documents such as run-of-shows, call sheets, production books, and client communications • Assist in building and maintaining project timelines, ensuring all milestones are tracked and met; update throughout the project lifecycle as needed • Monitor internal milestones and send timely reminders to the team • Support in communication with vendors, freelancers, and crew to gather quotes, confirm bookings, and manage logistics • Aid in the creation of purchase orders (POs), confirming vendor deliverables, and maintaining records of all bookings • Support logistics planning including venue coordination, permits, travel arrangements, equipment rentals, production schedules, and on-site execution • Sends crew confirmations, tracks responses, and creates call sheets • Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) in specific production areas (e.g., audio, video); advises project managers and crews, vets gear lists, and supports tech execution • Act as a point of contact for the sales and project management teams on certain deliverables, ensuring timely communication and satisfaction • Support debriefs, wrap reports, and inventory reconciliation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
