Salary: $19.75 per hour Job Description: This role oversees all aspects of events at the venue, including event development, coordination, and supervision. It requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth execution of events. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate with event organizers and stakeholders to advance shows and events • Manage event security plans and personnel • Ensure accurate event seating and setup arrangements • Prepare and distribute event data sheets and reports • Collaborate with departments to meet event needs • Work with promoters and agents to coordinate client needs and costs • Process event expenses and attend settlements Requirements: • Bachelor's degree preferred • Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in venues or entertainment industry • Strong organizational and time management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
