The Live Event coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of live event production, with a primary focus on Aspire events and extending into our masterclasses and masterminds. Take charge of all onsite operations and logistics during live events, ensuring smooth execution from setup to breakdown being a part of the team experience to improve our team culture at events Develop and document comprehensive processes for the planning, organization, and execution of live events to ensure consistency and efficiency. Develop and implement event-specific policies and procedures tailored to the unique requirements of different event types. Travel to the live event being held and run production, fit in as needed until our events are running smooth and the team is clear on the process to run events.
