You’ll play a key role in planning and delivering exceptional live experiences from start to finish. Responsibilities: • Work with a live production staff and clients to coordinate and direct all logistics for audiovisual production of in-person meetings and events. • Create and interpret AutoCAD drawings for live events. • Ability to manage project throughout the pre-production, production, and post-production process – this includes onsite event management, invoicing and securing client for the next event. • Ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
