Live Events - Team Lead Project Management

You will be working in a fast-paced international business across multiple time zones, therefore we are looking for the following Skills and Experience: Strong experience in live events and touring environmentsStrong knowledge of live event production equipment (laser, pyro, or SFX experience preferred)Confident working across multiple time zones in a fast-paced international environmentComputer literate with understanding of networks, IP systems, and booking/software platformsHigh attention to detail with strong analytical thinkingAt least 8 years experience in the live events industry At least 4 years experience in the touring industry within a technical departmentAt least 3 years experience in a project management role within the live events industryAt least 2 years experience in a managerial role Lead by example within the Project Management team, acting as part of the PM leadership group and supporting peers through trust, credibility, and collaborationLiaise with clients and ER’s teams to deliver tours, shows, and installationsAdvance, quote, deliver, and close projects to ER standardsPlan shows, manage project budgets, suppliers, and commercial performanceEnsure safety documentation is created and provided to clientsSupport the consistent use of ER systems, workflows, and PM standards across the teamAct as a senior point of reference for project delivery and best practiceAttend sites as required to support delivery and build strong client relationships (locally and internationally)Will be required to attend sites occasionally to form client relationships (locally and internationally) With offices in the UK, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Australia and USA, ER Productions is perfectly placed to deliver systems and show-stopping laser & SFX displays around the world.
