Job Summary: The Logistics Manager will coordinate and execute all aspects of special events contracted by the Sales Department. Responsibilities: • Coordinate all aspects of operational set-up and break down of events • Assist the Production department with all aspects needed for an event • Liaise between client and Brooklyn Bowl Team Members throughout the event • Execute admission tickets and retail requests for special events • Communicate effectively with staff and guests in a positive manner Required Skills and Qualifications: • Working knowledge of fine dining, strong food and wine knowledge, and sequence of service • Ability to operate various food and beverage equipment present at functions • Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette • Basic MS Office skills • Basic food knowledge • wine and liquor knowledge
