• Assist MDH planning team organize events from start to finish, including but not limited to; location, guest lists, décor, entertainment, catering, hotel accommodations, and transportation... • On top of current wedding trends • Ensure overall vision of event is executed seamlessly • Identifying client requirements & expectations per event • Outstanding communication/follow-up skills (in person, email and phone) • Skilled at problem solving • Exceptional organization skills • Skilled at networking and negotiation • Can serve as on-location contact for destination weddings • Experienced at Excel • Team player • *Our International Event Design and Production company is steadily growing.
