As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in our VIP areas. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and execute the reservation process for VIP guests, ensuring seamless communication with clients and staff. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during events, escalating to management as needed. - Develop and maintain knowledge of the VIP program to effectively communicate its benefits to potential clients. Requirements: - Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent - High School Diploma or equivalent - Strong working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations, seating procedures, and guest relations.
