We're looking for a Luxury Event Planner & Producer who thrives on organization, communication, and bringing complex events to life. Develop and maintain detailed event timelines and production schedulesCoordinate vendors, venues, and event partnersManage project deadlines and planning milestonesPrepare client proposals, production documents, and event materialsAssist with event budgets and expense trackingSchedule client meetings, venue walkthroughs, and site visitsResearch venues, vendors, décor, and event solutionsCoordinate transportation, lodging, and event logisticsAttend client meetings and document action itemsSupport onsite event setup, production, and breakdownServe as an onsite producer for local and destination eventsEnsure every event is executed to the firm's luxury standardsOur Ideal Candidate Your résuméA brief introduction telling us about the event you're most proud of planning, your role in that event, and why it best represents your work.Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour What attracted you to this opportunity with Sharia Barlow Event Design Firm?Describe the most complex event you've personally planned or produced.
