We are a luxury event design and planning firm specializing in sophisticated weddings, corporate events, destination experiences, galas, and custom celebrations. Every project is thoughtfully planned, meticulously managed, and flawlessly executed.

We're looking for a Luxury Event Planner & Producer who thrives on organization, communication, and bringing complex events to life. Working alongside our creative team, you'll help manage the planning, logistics, and production that ensure every event exceeds our clients' expectations.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed event timelines and production schedulesCoordinate vendors, venues, and event partnersManage project deadlines and planning milestonesPrepare client proposals, production documents, and event materialsAssist with event budgets and expense trackingSchedule client meetings, venue walkthroughs, and site visitsResearch venues, vendors, décor, and event solutionsCoordinate transportation, lodging, and event logisticsAttend client meetings and document action itemsSupport onsite event setup, production, and breakdownServe as an onsite producer for local and destination eventsEnsure every event is executed to the firm's luxury standardsOur Ideal Candidate
