We are seeking a Banquet Event Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for organizing important events from start to finish. Responsibilities: • Coordinate all event activities and personnel • Hire and train all new banquet wait staff personnel • Meet with guests to ensure coordination of their event • Resolve any customer and or staff disputes • Distribute all meeting information and supplies to attending personnel • Calculate and propose budgets for planned events or meetings • Research and identify successful event opportunities • Qualifications: • Previous experience in event planning or other related fields • Strong project managing skills • Deadline and detail-oriented • Ability to work well in teams • at least 2 years experience to apply • Great written and verbal communication skills • Must have the ability to flourish in a fast paced and ever changing environment Company DescriptionAria Wedding & Banquet Facillity
