Major Events Manager

This position will report to the Associate Director of Administration & Visitor Services of the State Botanical Garden of Georgia, this position will oversee and manage all major fundraising and donor events that include but are not limited to all fundraising events (examples include: Rhythm and Blooms, Winter WonderLights, Summer Concerts Series, and other public festivals). - Coordinate all logistics such as accommodation, transportation for facilities, contracting vendors and services, ensure signage, displays, and event security for each major event. - Coordinate with Visitor Services Manager to coordinate event site logistics and support. Management of Procurement and Budget Process for All Major Events Create budgets for programs and major events as well as providing financial analysis to ensure all operations are within budget.
