Manager, Events and Operations The Manager, Events and Operations oversees and manages the operations team, ensuring the facility is clean, organized, and welcoming for all guests. Essential Functions The following duties are normal for this position. Supervises and directs the facility operations team, including assigned crew leaders, laborers, or temporary/seasonal staff; develops bi-weekly work schedules, executes onboarding procedures, and monitors employee performance to ensure operational coverage and efficiency. Manages and coordinates venue changeovers and conversions; collaborates with event management to review upcoming logistical needs, and directs operations staff to ensure the facility is properly reset, maintained, and ready for guest activations. Associate’s Degree in Event Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field; supplemented by a minimum of three (3) years of experience in event or facility operations management that includes supervising staff; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience (such as a High School diploma/GED and five (5) years of experience) which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
