Manager, Corporate Events

Job Description • Manage all event logistics for a variety of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events of varying complexity for both internal and external audiences • Collaborate strategically with internal business partners across the enterprise to understand and support their goals, proactively integrating events into business plans to drive results • Build and maintain strong internal business partner relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring successful event outcomes with flawless execution • Partner with enterprise leaders to develop compelling agendas and drive customer and colleague engagement, influencing overall event design and leveraging best practices • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, project status, and expectations • Identify operational challenges and develop solution-oriented strategies and processes • Work cross-functionally with internal teams including Operations, Legal, Security, IT, Human Resources, Compliance, Communications, and Marketing to coordinate all event components • Collaborate with Procurement on legal contracts, statements of work (SOWs), and letters of agreement (LOAs) • Oversee and manage event financials, supplier payments, event reconciliation, and cost-savings documentation • Prepare post event recaps and reports measuring key ROI (return on investment) and indicators and survey metrics • Negotiate and contract with vendors, venues and partners to drive cost efficiency and savings while ensure service level and project scope • Provide onsite management (travel) and execution of all assigned events • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, and use of all pre-established templates and processes • Deliver operational requirements and tasks within agreed timelines • Stay current on industry trends in event management and integrate innovative practices into event design as appropriate The typical pay range for this role is: This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
