What you'll bring: Proven experience in event planning, production, and management, including overseeing logistics and vendor coordination.Strong project and budget management skills with the ability to forecast, track, and enforce budgets effectively.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, coupled with strong executive presence when engaging senior stakeholders.Ability to develop and execute detailed show and event plans and content aligned with business objectives.Expertise in managing onsite event execution, troubleshooting, and ensuring resource availability.Demonstrated leadership in building relationships, mentoring teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives, with the confidence and executive presence to influence decision-making at all levels. You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes.
