The Manager serves as the lead for enterprise event planning, stakeholder coordination, and execution excellence. In addition to delivering high-visibility events with quality and consistency, this role is responsible for strengthening planning discipline, improving prioritization and intake, providing event consultation to business leaders, and helping define how success is measured across the events and experience portfolio. A Day in the Life Enterprise Event & Experience Planning & Execution Lead end-to-end planning and execution of enterprise associate events and culture moments. Ensure events are executed on time, within scope, and with a high standard of quality that create moments that build connection, pride, culture, and belonging. Stakeholder Alignment Partner closely with leaders across HR, Internal Communications, Culture & Community Impact, and business teams to align on event purpose, scope, roles, and decisions.
