Event Management • Work with all operating areas to develop staffing schedules • Coordinate load in, production and event time lines with client, operations and external vendors • Develop custom creative events as needed • Coordinate with Kitchen Operations changes in menu selections and/or quantities • Work with Sales Managers and assist with site visits and tastings • Serve as point during events for internal and client communication • Communicate with all operating areas the expectations for the event • Coordinate all talent rider information (technical and food & beverage) Consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA),it is the policy of Hard Rock to provide reasonable accommodation when requested by a qualified applicant or employee with a disability, unless such accommodation would cause an undue hardship.
