Manager, Events and Experiences

Belden's Events/CIC Leader is responsible for the Belden experience as it relates to our internal and external events as well as at our Customer Innovation Centers in the Americas. Responsibilities: • Build and execute the strategy for the promotion of the Customer Innovation Centers, focusing on internal and customer experience • Develop and implement the regional event strategy using historical data and industry insights to determine where Belden exhibits, attends and presents, then develop a matrix regarding which internal events are supported by the team and to what level • Responsible for all aspects of the supported regional scheduled events including planning, coordination, booking, agenda, materials, displays, promotional items, meeting room experiences, food and beverage, digital experiences, departure and post-event follow-up • Close collaboration across departments to ensure consistency in branding and design, messaging and positioning, lead management and more • Improve our processes and efficiency to deliver consistent and high-quality events and experiences • Lead and develop the team members who are responsible for executing the event and experience strategy while reinforcing the company's core values and identity at every touchpoint Required Skills And Experience • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Event Management, or a similar field. • 10+ years of experience in the marketing field and managing customer events.
