Manager, Events and Experiences

OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and creative events professional to support and execute our firm’s event strategy. This role will partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to bring events to life while contributing ideas and recommendations that enhance our overall approach. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys both execution and strategic input, and is looking to grow into a more senior, strategy-focused role over time. Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning & ExecutionLead the planning and execution of firm events, including clientfacing, prospecting, and internal eventsManage logistics endtoend (venues, vendors, budgets, timelines, communications)Ensure a highquality, consistent experience across all eventsCalendar & CoordinationBuild and maintain the firm’s event calendar in partnership with leadershipCoordinate across teams to ensure alignment with business priorities and key initiativesStrategic SupportContribute ideas on event themes, formats, and improvementsSupport leadership in evaluating which events to prioritize, enhance, or discontinueStay informed on trends and bring forward new ideas to elevate the firm’s presenceMeasurement & ReportingTrack event performance metrics (attendance, engagement, feedback)Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvementCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with marketing, leadership, and external vendors to deliver successful eventsAct as a key point of contact for all eventrelated initiativesWhat We’re Looking For48+ years of experience in event planning, experiential marketing, or corporate eventsStrong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneouslyDemonstrated ability to contribute ideas and think beyond logisticsComfortable working with senior leaders and incorporating feedbackHighly organized, detailoriented, and proactiveStrong communication and vendor management skills
