· The manager of event planning and strategy is responsible for the coordination of business events, elements of which include, but are not limited to, event experiential creation, agenda development and recommendations, preparation and facilitating of intention meeting with stakeholders, event program development in partnership with audio visual team, speaker database and recommendations based on event intention and scope, preparation and proofing of written/graphic materials, show-flow development, pre-production meetings, vendor/site research, contract negotiation, expense management, food and beverage selection, audio visual management, budget reconciliation, and event analysis and statistics, including client/attendee engagement. The event planning and strategy manager cultivates collaborative relationships with in- and external resources to support activities. · Ability to work collaboratively with others · Excellent ability to establish rapport with others and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships Individual compensation is determined based on skills, experience and other relevant factors within this pay range.
