This role manages project intake, workflow, timelines, production coordination, and event execution

and reduce last-minute work and production bottlenecks.
The position also supports planning and executing donor, community, and organizational events.
Program and business leaders own the event strategy, goals, audiences, and content; this role helps
bring that strategy to life through strong planning, logistics, production, and coordination.

• Help establish clear processes, templates, and ways of working that improve efficiency and
accountability across the department.
• Maintain organized repositories of final creative, templates, brand assets, photography, video
and other MarCom materials so approved files are easy to find, use, and share.
Campaign & Production Coordination
• Coordinate production across campaigns involving content, creative, digital, email, web,
social, print, and paid media.
• Manage project timelines, handoffs, and approvals from initial request through final delivery.
• Help ensure teams have the information, assets, and approvals needed to keep work moving.

• Coordinate with speakers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure event details are
complete and on schedule.
• Manage on-site execution and serve as an operational point person during events.
• Coordinate post-event logistics, vendor follow-up, and debriefs.
