Manager of Annual Giving and Events

This role offers the opportunity to lead organization-wide giving campaigns and play a central role in the planning and execution of our signature Annual Event. If you’re a skilled project manager with a passion for storytelling, community engagement, and youth development, this role is for you. Reporting directly to the Chief Development Officer, the Manager of Annual Giving and Events plays a key leadership role on the Development team, leading the organization’s annual giving campaigns, the manager will also oversee the planning and execution of West End House’s signature Annual Event. • Contribute to development team strategy, planning meetings, and donor communications. Learning: We offer professional development funds for each team to use at their discretion and coordinate regular team gatherings to foster continuous learning and build community.
