This role encompasses supervision of the Venue Coordinators, with the Lead Venue Coordinator additionally managing the Venue Hosts. A strong focus on delivering excellent customer service while driving sales for venue rentals is an essential part of the role. This dynamic and rewarding position is essential to maintaining the Garden's reputation as a premier venue for memorable and impactful events. • A bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, events, or a related field • Minimum of 2 years experience in event planning, operations, and customer service management or equivalent combination thereof • Ability to communicate effectively within a team • Ability to manage, motivate, and direct a team • Highly organized and effective at managing multiple priorities • Maintains a polished, professional demeanor • Commitment to excellent customer service and high standards • Ability to work occasional extended hours, evenings, and weekends • Ability to perform duties involving physical activity such as lifting up to 25 lbs and traversing uneven terrain
