Manager of Event Sales and Partnerships

The Manager of Event Sales and Partnerships is responsible for generating revenue for The Ora through the sale of weddings, life cycle celebrations, corporate events, nonprofit galas, social gatherings, and other private events. Position Responsibilities Sales and Business Development Generate event bookings that meet or exceed annual revenue goals. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, community engagement, and proactive outreach. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients during the sales process. Cultivate relationships with local businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations to expand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
