Manager of Event Services

This position is responsible for coordinating and facilitating events as assigned for the Hershey Entertainment Complex venues including GIANT Center, Hersheypark Arena, Hersheypark Stadium, Hershey Theatre and various Hershey Destination Entertainment offerings. The Manager, Event Services serves as the primary event execution contact for ensuring that the operational needs of our clients are met by coordinating all internal and external resources to properly execute all events on the Entertainment Complex. * • Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Event Services, "advance events" with assigned clients, customers, promoter representatives, and any other event leaders with a scheduled event at GIANT Center, Hershey Theatre, Hersheypark Arena and Hersheypark Stadium. Enter all necessary information in the complex Event Management Calendar database in order to communicate event information across necessary departments. Act as MOD for Complex for your assigned events.
