Job Description The Manager of Event Venues is responsible for overseeing the overall retail event operations and relationships related to Rally House event venue locations throughout the company. Responsibilities - Develop forecasts and budgets for products and labor for events and the day-to-day operations - Product assessment and recommendations; partnership with buying team - Provides leadership support to store event leadership team as a partner to the District Manager and Regional Director; ensures staffing and training - Is familiar with the unique traditions associated with the customer of each event venue space and aligns the retail space to those needs - Provides oversight and leadership pertaining to profit and loss related to inventory control, personnel, merchandising, etc. Qualifications
