Event Planning & Management • Negotiate, review, and execute hotel and vendor contracts. • Work with Program Chairs to develop content, prepare agendas, and assist with speaker selection. • Minimum five (5) years of experience in conference management, education or association management, or marketing, including at least one (1) year in a supervisory role. • Knowledge of medical education and nonprofit/association management is preferred. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure.
