KPMG is seeking a Manager of Events and Meetings Technology to become an integral part of our Events and Meetings organization.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategic roadmap for Events and Meetings (E&M) technology, with a focus on optimizing Cvent-Salesforce integrations while providing operational support and process enhancement. Mentor and support nearshore and offshore teams, managing project coordination, team member onboarding, career development, and performance reviews. Serve as the main relationship and escalation contact for internal partners, vendors, and industry associates to ensure the successful attainment of strategic goals and technical initiatives. Innovate and implement new strategies to enhance service offerings, improve user and attendee experiences, and amplify the team's overall value and impact. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), leading the analysis of large datasets to generate insightful reports regarding volume, spending, trends, and outcomes to fulfill client objectives. Utilize in-depth technical and event management expertise to serve as a subject matter expert, driving business outcomes and ensuring seamless support for all internal stakeholders. Uphold KPMG's professional and respectful work environment by acting with integrity and accountability. Qualifications: At least five years of recent experience within the Events industry, ideally in a professional services or corporate events environment concentrated on event planning technology, combined with at least five years of direct people leadership experience. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent professional experience. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively engage with all levels of leadership and foster a client-centered, collaborative atmosphere. Strong expertise in the Cvent strategic meeting management platform. Proven experience with event platform integrations, specifically Cvent to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), along with general familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
