The Operations Manager - Event Experience will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our events program, including coordinating with event service staff, managing event logistics, and ensuring seamless execution of events. • Logistics Management: Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and decorations. • Team Leadership: Lead and manage event service staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation. Requirements: • Catering/Events Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years experience in catering/events/banquets operations as a Service Lead or Manager, with high volume catering/events/banquets preferred. • Physical Demands: Ability to be on feet for extended periods of time; ability to lift, push, pull, and otherwise move 35 lbs of weight regularly, up to 50 lbs of weight frequently.
