Characteristic duties include assisting in developing invitations and programs, coordination of mailings, program outlines, event budget management, volunteer and board management, negotiations of space contracts and other event details to ensure they are in line with University protocol and processes. This is a full-time, benefit eligible staff position. A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications • Two to three years’ experience in large-scale special events, public relations or related area. This position is eligible for University benefits.
