Manager, P&G Executive Events

As a Manager of Executive Events, you will be responsible for end to end planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of executive-level corporate event executions; conferences; meetings; and both onsite and offsite events. The ideal candidate would have experience in leading execution of corporate events and be able to comply with P&G policies and procedures. Required: • 5+ years experience as a Corporate Event Manager, with a track record of planning and executing successful domestic and international corporate events • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple events simultaneously • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail • Ability to maintain extreme confidentiality, work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances • Proficiency in event management software applications and Microsoft Office Suite products • Knowledge of current best practices in corporate event planning and industry trends • Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills • Ability to work evenings and weekends, as well as travel may be required (domestic and international) Your recruiter may be able to share more about our total rewards offerings and the specific salary range for the relevant location(s) during the hiring process.
