Manager, Process Improvement - Event Planning

Qualifications 2+ years of experience in event management, program management, corporate events, or related experience.Strong leadership and team development capabilities.Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.Strong negotiation and vendor management experience.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and event management platforms.Proven experience managing large-scale, high-visibility events and leadership programs.Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.Experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts, and event logistics.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes. Minimum Qualifications...Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field and 2 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or relevant area OR 4 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or related area.
