The Special Events Manager is responsible for the planning, executing, and postproduction analysis for Royal Caribbean Group’s Casino Marketing business segment events. The primary focus of this position is to oversee the management of the casino event calendar, conceptual programming and processes that are integral to the various business segments. The success of this role will be measured by the achievement of Net Revenue targets, VIP guest satisfaction, NPS scoring, and the engagement and efficiency of shipboard and shoreside teams. • Identifies strategic opportunities to drive and improve revenue growth while displaying creativity and development of unique to brand special events and onboard marketing. • Responsible for the creation, development, implementation, execution and management of events for Royal Caribbean Group’s Casino Marketing.
