Manager, Special Events

The Manager of Special Events is responsible for planning and executing all logistics for an extensive number and wide range of patron and fund development events which engage, cultivate, solicit and steward FIM patrons, donors and volunteers. This position reports to the Manager, Development Operations and serves as a member of the management team of the External Relations Division. Specific Responsibilities and Qualifications • Create, plan and execute fundraising, patron engagement and donor events as determined by the annual event plan or as assigned by the Manager, Development Operations. • Work closely with the ER Administrator and Manager, Development Operations to ensure all event and patron related data is maintained in the organization CRM. • Ability to work under pressure of deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
