Market Events Coordinator

Produce Perks Midwest (PPM) seeks a Contractor to support activities related to public events held at select Ohio farmers’ markets. The Contractor will represent PPM and enroll TANF eligible families at scheduled farmers’ market events within Ohio. Activities include: • Pre-Event Activities: Gather and pack event materials from PPM office, or at a designated location; travel to scheduled market events; arrive at event one hour prior to event start time; check-in with the market manager and begin PPM booth set up. Not Required but Preferred Skills and Experiences • Familiarity with farmers’ markets, local food systems, and healthy lifestyle practices • Knowledge of nutrition incentive programming Compensation for market events reflects eight (8) hours at a rate of $25/hour.
