The Marketing and Event Coordinator is responsible for increasing visibility, awareness, and engagement for the Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) Program through strategic marketing and dynamic event coordination. This position is also responsible for creating dynamic social media and marketing campaigns to attract foster care families. • Track and evaluate marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of outreach strategies Social Media and Digital Marketing • Manage and grow the TFC Program's presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. • Develop and schedule regular social media content aligned with program goals and community engagement. • Support the coordination of activities that recognize and engage current foster families, including appreciation campaigns and support events.
