From day one, you will work side by side with our Business Development & Marketing teams to develop your marketing and event planning skillset, all while receiving strong mentorship and career development support. Responsibilities include: Interns perform on our various project teams: • Research and build a proposed process for planning and coordinating Pioneer's marketing events, webinars, and conferences. Qualifications: • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively (verbal and written) • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Comfort handling ambiguity and managing multiple assignments, including strong organization skills and attention to detail • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization • High level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite • Ability to commute to various clients across the Twin Cities metro and be able to work in a hybrid working environment • Collegiate academic record in Marketing, Event Planning, or related field is preferred The intern will be expected to work approximately 10-20 hours per week in a hybrid capacity from our Minneapolis office over the course of about 3 months.
