The Coordinator supports the firm by event planning, sponsorship coordination, as well as supporting marketing communications, marketing materials, and photo shoots. • Event planning – researching ideas for events, working with partners to plan targeted seminars and networking events, drafting/designing invitations, overseeing online registrations, coordinating with venues, caterers etc, providing day-of-event support. • Maintaining marketing contact database (Constant Contact.) • Assisting with design, production and ordering of firm promotional items. The position will be located in the firm’s New Haven office; the position involves occasional travel to the firm’s other office locations, and other Connecticut venues as required for firm receptions, seminars, and other firm marketing events.
