The Marketing and Event Coordinator will assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. Marketing CoordinationAssist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, social media, print, and email.Create engaging content for marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates.Oversee and update social media profiles, create and schedule posts, and analyze performance metrics to improve engagement and reach.Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.Track and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Community Event PlanningDevelop and implement strategies for community-focused events, fairs, and local outreach programs.Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders to promote and support events.Create and execute promotional plans to increase community participation and awareness, utilizing various communication channels such as social media, local media, and community bulletins.Oversee the setup, execution, and teardown of community events, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for all attendees.Company Event PlanningPlan and execute company events such as team-building activities, company retreats, holiday parties, and employee recognition events.Manage event logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, catering, audiovisual needs, and decor.Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial guidelines.Collect feedback from attendees, analyze event success, and provide recommendations for future improvements. Understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and event planning best practices.Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media platforms).Excellent organizational and project management abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information.Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships.Ability to effectively present information, respond to questions and professionally interact with physicians, employees, clients, vendors, and the general public.Must demonstrate the ability to successfully work with all levels of management and staff.High integrity, including maintenance of confidential information.
