Marketing and Events Coordinator

Position Summary

Gold Shield Wealth is seeking a highly organized and personable Marketing & Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives within a financial services environment. This role focuses on coordinating client-facing events, supporting marketing efforts, and helping build new lead generation funnels that drive engagement and growth. Compensation

Salary starting at $55,000, with potential for higher compensation based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute dinner seminars and client events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site supportAssist with lead conversion through timely follow-up and client communicationDevelop and support new lead generation funnels to drive qualified prospectsServe as a primary point of contact for incoming calls and inquiries, ensuring a professional client experienceSupport social media efforts to maintain a consistent and compliant brand presence within the financial industryMaintain and update client and prospect databasesAssist in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives aligned with financial services objectives

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or customer-facing roles preferred (financial services experience is a plus)Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skillsDetail-oriented with a professional, client-focused mindsetFamiliarity with social media platforms, CRM systems, and basic marketing tools

Work Environment

Primarily office-basedAvailability for evening events up to five times per month required
