Work with the Communications Manager to: • Create, manage, and sustain an impactful online presence through the organization's website and social media outlets • Recommend delivery systems related to content management systems, and analytics • Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of digital communications and marketing Meeting Services Responsibilities: • Coordinate all logistics related to two – three annual on-site board meetings including housing, travel, and meals. Education and Experience Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related degree • 3-5 years previous experience in marketing, advertising, and/or brand management • Prior experience working within a non-profit structure and with volunteers is a plus • Ability to work cooperatively across departments to achieve goals • Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to plan, organize, and manage resources • Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment with high reliability, accuracy, and productivity • Photography, videography and editing skills are a plus • Must be proficient in Office 365 platform, Adobe Creative Suite a plus • Understanding of multi-generational audiences and ability to create content that is relevant to various generations and audiences • Ability to meet deadlines with varying degrees of pressure; must have a strong work ethic and determination; must be detail oriented • Strongly motivated individual driven by curiosity and challenge Ability to Commute: • Saint Louis, MO 63108 (Required)
