Saalfeld Griggs is hiring for a full-time Marketing Coordinator in our Administrative Services Group. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting with all marketing needs of the firm including event coordination, creation and management of marketing materials, and collaboration with all practice groups to create a cohesive marketing strategy. In this role, you will: • Organize internal firm events including employee socials and company gatherings • Organize firm marketing events held outside of the firm • Assist with creation and implementation of a centralized marketing strategy and industry group marketing plans • Conceptualize and oversee marketing material production • Oversee website and social media platforms • Assist in ongoing business development and client service initiatives • Assist in the implementation of marketing plans for the firm’s practice and industry groups • Oversee marketing budget • Manage branded material including logos, ads, graphics, and swag • Familiarity with Adobe, Indesign, Illustrator, or Express • Exceptional writing skills • Prior event coordination experience preferred • Prior budget management experience preferred • Able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities • Regular and reliable attendance • The ability to identify and resolve problems promptly and effectively • Looks for ways to improve and promote quality • Communicates change and progress • Works effectively with people and treats others with respect • Effective organizational skills • Must have a valid driver’s license • Prior experience maintaining a website, including familiarity with Wordpress Although our workplace is fast-paced, our focus is always on the quality of work that we deliver to our clients.
