Marketing and Events Coordinator

Our mission is to create legendary beer experiences, and we’re looking for a passionate, organized, and creative teammate to help bring that vision to life. The Marketing and Events Coordinator will play a key role in executing Jackalope’s marketing strategy at the ground level. Key Responsibilities: • Event Management • Own and execute all flagship events (8–10 per year), plus smaller in-bar activations • Collaborate with PR and social teams to promote and enhance event reach • Coordinate logistics with internal teams, vendors, musicians, and partners • Marketing & Communications • Draft and distribute email campaigns, event announcements, and bar promotions • Manage routine customer communications across channels in alignment with our brand • Partner with our PR and social agencies to maintain consistent messaging and storytelling • Design & Creative Support • Create simple but compelling graphics using Canva or similar tools (event flyers, taproom signage, social assets) • Support the creation of branded materials for use across the brewery, events, and sales • Membership Program Oversight • Manage onboarding, engagement, and communication for Bar Jackalope’s membership tiers • Support member rewards, in-bar recognition, and VIP experience delivery • Administrative & Coordination Tasks • Maintain the marketing and events calendar • Track metrics for email engagement, membership growth, and event attendance • Serve as point of contact for bar-level marketing and event inquiries Qualifications: • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, hospitality, or event coordination • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Proficiency with Canva or similar design platforms • Familiarity with Mailchimp or comparable email platforms a plus • Comfortable working evenings or weekends as needed during events • A passion for great beer and community-driven experiences Bonus points if you include samples of previous event promotions or simple design work.
