Marketing and Events Coordinator

We are looking for a Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our team at Winston-Salem Rescue Mission. (1) providing marketing and social media support to advance the mission of the Winston-Salem Rescue Mission (WSRM), and (2) planning and executing events and other donor engagement activities to support the Development department’s fundraising goals. Fundraising Events • Serve as the primary coordinator in the planning and execution of fundraising events such as the annual banquet, golf tournament, and the Winston-Salem Coffee Trail. An associates degree in marketing or a related field required; a 4-year degree from an accredited university in marketing or a related field preferred; a minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing and event planning required; experience in design software (Canva); experience in email marketing platforms (Constant Contact) preferred. • A personal relationship with Jesus Christ is essential, along with alignment with our mission and core values.
