Job Description • This role will adapt to our seasonal business needs, focusing heavily on event planning and fulfillment in the vibrant summer and spring months, and shifting to a marketing-centric role during the winter. • The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for both marketing and event management, an eye for detail, and a genuine love for the outdoors. • Marketing Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute creative and cohesive marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including email newsletters, websites, blogs, social media, and paid advertising. Ongoing Responsibilities • Budget Management: Plan events and marketing activities with close attention to financial constraints, ensuring quality while meeting budgetary goals.
