Marketing and Events Planner

As a member of the MAI Marketing Team, the Marketing & Events Planner plays a pivotal role in supporting marketing initiatives and coordinating and executing events, conferences, and promotional activities to generate new business and increase existing business. Event Coordination • Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, seminars, conferences, and webinars, from planning logistics to on-site support. • Coordinate internal communications related to marketing and event activities. Administrative Support • Provide administrative support to the marketing team. • Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics, able to interpret data/instructions and create reports.
