The Marketing and Events Specialist will play a key role in developing and promoting GRABB’s programs and community presence. Communications (50%) • Create, manage, and schedule content for GRABB’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X) • Draft engaging written content for newsletters, web updates, press releases, and promotional materials • Help design marketing collateral using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite • Maintain GRABB’s website content with regular updates and announcements • Capture photos and short videos at events for digital storytelling Events & Programming (40%) • Support planning and logistics for GRABB’s signature events (e.g., GRABB Breakfast, GRABB & Go workshops, GRABB Gala) • Coordinate vendor communication, registration, signage, and setup • Assist with outreach and promotion for upcoming events and programs • Help track event metrics, feedback, and impact stories This is a hybrid position with a mix of in-office collaboration and remote work.
